a) Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your scheduled reservation(s) are 100% refundable with the exception of the initial service booking fee of $3.50. This allows reasonable time to open the space for other Key West lovers and enthusiasts to benefit from the availability.
You may cancel your reservation by sending us a request from the reservation details PAGE by using your unique PIN code or the reservation number, you will find a link at the bottom of that page that allows you to modify or cancel your reservation. You may also send an email to our Reservations Team
b) Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled activity are subject to a 70% refund. ANY reservation cancelled 24 Hrs or less from the scheduled activity will forfeit the prepaid deposit. You may cancel your reservation by sending us a request from the reservation details page by using your unique PIN code or the reservation number, you will find a link at the bottom of that page that allows you to modify or cancel your reservation. You may also send an email to our Reservations Team.
c) In case you are unable to attend the reserved activity, rental or event, please notify I Love Key West about your cancellation or ANY changes for your scheduled arrival. There are no exceptions 100% of the total deposit amount will be forfeited if you missed the deadline or simply did not show up.
d) In the unforeseen event that your online bookings get cancelled for weather, owner cancellation or natural disaster, then a refund will be made equal to the amount prepaid (less the initial $3.50 booking service fee) back to the account or credit card used to book the reservation(s), no refund will be made to any other form of payment that is not associated with the original payment transaction!.
a) All the reservations may be cancelled without penalty, when the weather conditions are deemed unsafe and won’t allow the service or activity to take place.
b) In package arrangements, the cancellation of the activity nulls the package price and the remaining services will be charged at their individual full price.
(The remaining services may cost more individually than the originally reserved package)
a) In the event that you may need to reschedule at NO COST, please make sure you to make the date or time change request 48 or more hours before your scheduled activity.
b) All reservations may be rescheduled without penalty when the weather or other unsafe conditions do not allow the service to take place.
c) Any reschedules made on the day of the booking are subject to availability and an additional fee may be charged per person.*
This policy does not cover transportation costs, applicable taxes.
